I took an oath in 1994 to provide my clients with zealous representation. I take that oath seriously.

The bottom line is that I fight.  I do not back down.  I do not bluff.  I have no fear of taking a case to trial.  I give my clients straight advice.  I do not use fancy twenty-five dollar words on my website or in person.  I do not pressure a client to take a "deal" he tells me he doesn't want to take.  I am a trial lawyer.  I defend ordinary human beings who are scared, alone and up against the formidable wealth and resources of the government.
